The organic wine we produce aims to be a “real” wine, made from grapes, helped by technique during fermentation but without chemicals (we only add a small part of sulfites).

We obtain a product that mirrors the territory and the work of who produces it, different for flavours, perfumes and colours every year, but always wholesome. Fermentation is done in concrete vats, while aging in steel or oak barrels. The wine made from the higher quality grapes is bottled, while the rest is used for the consumption at the agriturismo. The grape varieties that we cultivate are Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Pugnitello, Cabernet and Sauvignon.
